Nails: Nail Art

Tools you'll need:

Polish colors of your choice. 2 colors for base and white for outlining. And top coat.

Very thin brushes. You can buy these at the store but if you have thin make up brushes, you can trim and thin the bristles to create the perfect little brush.

1.) Paint half of nail in one color. And then paint other half in second color. Go in a diagonal line. Allow polish to set for a minute or 2.

2.) With thin brush, paint a line separating the 2 colors down the middle with your outline color.

3.) To form the sunbursts, place brush at the corner of nail and brush out. Continue with each line, varying the line size. Finish with clear coat when all is dry.

1.) Paint the entire nail using a bright red shade.

2.) Using a striper brush, paint three silver or white lines beginning at the bottom left-hand corner of the nail. Follow with blue paint.

3.) Scatter stars and glitter throughout the nail. Don't over do it with the glitter. Seal with top coat

Light colored power glitter

Red, orange, yellow, blue and purple polish colors. And clear top coat.

Very thin brushes. You can buy these at the store but if you have thin make up brushes, you can trim and thin the bristles to create the perfect little brush.

1.) Paint the entire nail using a blue shade.

2.) Using a striper brush, paint rainbow lines beginning at the bottom left-hand corner of the nail.

3.) To make sun... place a dot of yellow polish in center of nail. Flare lines out of center of circle. Allow to dry completely and finish with clear coat.
